Interior design with photorealistic interior visualisation

We meet up for a consultation where we can get to know each other a little bit and I can also learn about what your vision and needs are. If it is possible I like to visit the property awaiting renovation at this stage already, so I can have the most information before the design process begins. After our meeting I will collect images based on our conversation and outline the style that would be present in the main design elements of my plans.

The design concept is developed, which gives an overview of the planned interior with specifics for the defining spaces of the property. This “teaser” includes:

  • 2-3 furnished floor plan layouts
  • a colour concept
  • moodboards
  • preliminary interior visualisation renders if required

I develop the final design and document it in great detail. I define the step by step tasks for the execution stage including:

  • final moodboards for each room with specific furnitures,
  • demolition and construction plans,
  • lighting and electrical plans (the placement of electrical outlets and plugs)
  • interior elevations and tile layout,
  • unique furniture designs,
  • photorealistic visualisations of the main spaces,
  • a table of all the items (furniture, materials and textiles, etc.) used in the plans

During this phase we keep in touch regularly so I can share the progress with you to ensure that everything is tailored to your needs. This is also the phase where if needed we can visit the stores and retailers together so that you can better imagine the spaces and finalise the selected pieces.

After handing over the final design documentation, I regularly monitor the implementation by consulting with the tradesmen and visiting the construction as many times as possible from day one until the keys are handed over.

Interior furnishing

Interior photo styling

Whether preparing a home for sale, attracting tenants, or simply showcasing a space on social media, interior photo styling can make a significant impact on the overall perception of a property. A well thought out interior photo styling can help sell a property faster and at a higher price, or simply create a memorable and lasting impression.

To start the process we meet up for an initial consultation where I can learn about what your vision and goal is with the photoshoot. This may include discussing the target audience, desired mood and atmosphere, and specific features of the property that need to be highlighted. It is best to meet at the property so I can assess the features, layout and the available furniture and decor.

Based on the information gathered from our consultation, I will research and gather inspiration to inform the concept that aligns with the photoshoot’s vision and goals.

I create a seperate moodboards for each space that we are going to be taking pictures of and I illustrate the desired look and feel with colour schemes, materials and specific design items like cushions, rugs, artwork, flowers and plants to add warmth and texture to the space.

Once the vision and moodboards for the photoshoot has been agreed upon, I source all the necessary accessories and decor items that will bring the property to life a few days before the photoshoot.

With my connections to leading interior design stores in Budapest, I have access to a vast selection of high-quality items that would otherwise be difficult or costly to obtain. This saves both time and money for my clients, as I handle the entire sourcing process, including delivery to the property.

On the day of the photoshoot, I bring the selected design items and start preparing the space for the photoshoot by decluttering, rearranging furniture, adding decor and accessories.

Once the property is prepared and staged I partner closely with the photographer to bring the vision for the space to life. On-site styling ensures that every aspect of the shoot is perfect, from preparing and styling each room to consulting with the photographer on the best angles and creating unique flower arrangements. I take pride in ensuring that every piece of furniture, accessory, and cushion is styled to perfection, making the space look warm, inviting, and visually appealing.

I stay for the whole duration of the photoshoot and also review the photographs and make any necessary last-minute adjustments to ensure that the final product is exactly what the client had in mind.

Project management

A renovation process is hardly a piece of cake, especially if you do not speak the same language as the tadies. There are usually unexpected and unforeseeable problems, delays and endless stress points involved. My ultimate goal as an interior designer is to bring happiness to people, so to minimise these possible pain points for my clients I offer help with the organisational and administrative tasks that take place during the construction and renovation of a property, such as:

  • Researching and listing various stores where the goods can be purchased
  • Requesting and forwarding different price offers
  • Managing and handling deliveries and orders (e.g. the return of defective product, coordinating delivery timelines with the renovation)
  • Keeping in touch with the stores
  • Continuous updates to the client

I believe that this process does not necessarily have to be nerve-wracking. If the designer can oversee the renovation, the implementation of any project is much smoother and faster.
